Thank you for coming to this page to let us know how we did. We are happy to receive either good or bad comments so we can continue to improve our service. If you have a good comment to make please do so. If its a bad comment or complaint we are sorry you have to make it. Below are details how we deal with a comment / complaint. Please use the form with details of your reason for contact so we can deal with the issue.
The trainer should have given you the opportunity to rectify any issues while on the course. However some can't be dealt with at the time.
If your issue is about the trainer, please inform the office with details of your complaint. Complaints will be dealt with in the strictest of confidence.
If the complaint is something to do with the training room and it has been highlighted to the trainer whilst on the course hopefully the trainer will have resolved the issue with the venue. If it couldn't be resolved and you feel is still an issue please let us know.
If you did not wish to discuss the issue with the trainer or you are not satisfied with the outcome please submit details of your complaint to the office. Complaints should be made within 2 weeks of the course completion. Please include course dates and trainers name.

Your complaint will be processed and you will receive a response within 14 days of receipt.
